    Also we provide Emergency IT Support available 24x7& on Monday–Sunday.

    Our teamlead system administrator spend last 24 years to fix and resolve any problems with Linux servers. Each our system administrator in team have at least 3 years of experience.

    Where your server located?

    Do you have physical server in your own server room? Or you have dedicated server in datacenter? Do you know are server have out-of-band management module (iDRAC/iLO/IPMI/AMT) installed?

    If iDRAC/iLO/IPMI available there is big chance that we still can fix your server remotely (even reinstall OS).

    Do you have own system administrator?

    If you have own system administrator, but he can't fix this problem - contact us with your administrator, it will help FixEverything™ much faster.

    If your server located in datacenter - provide us with information how to reach datacenter support to get access to server. Typically it's a login/password to datacenter control panel with tickets.
  • Price
    How much will cost server recovery?

    Our billing for important/urgent tasks (do it right now please), is 500 euro per hour. Please note that you will be billed only for time used with your server recovery tasks. Time spent for order placement, for chat/email/phone talks about project will not be billed ever.

    Feel free to ask us, provide your details – datacenter contact, administrator contact, problem details, any additional info, and we will provide you estimate of cost. All time spent to discuss project completely free.
  • Payment
    Do you need invoice?

    Our billing system will create invoice for you. To generate invoice you need provide all your company details (certificate of incorporation, registration number, VAT number).

    If you in hurry and need to pay instantly – VISA/Mastercard, Paypal, Stripe, WISE are accepted.
